What happens if I’m running late?A $15 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time. If you arrive 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show.

Can I bring guests or children?We ask that you do not bring children or additional guests unless they are also receiving services. This ensures a peaceful and professional environment for all clients.

Is a deposit required to book?Yes. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your final invoice total.

When will I receive a response to my message or inquiry?All inquiries will be responded to after Monday, during standard business hours. Messages sent after 7:30 PM (Tuesday–Saturday) will receive a response the next business day. Our evenings are dedicated to servicing booked clients.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations must be made with at least 24–48 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. If you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will be required to book.

What type of hair brands do you recommend?I recommend the following hair brands: Vizio, Milky Way, Empire (Pack Hair Only), Model Model, Sensual, Sensual Mink Yaki, Sasha, Purple Pack, Dream Weaver (Model Model), Pink Lemon, Glossy.

What are your hours of operation?Sunday–Monday: Closed Tuesday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
